ABBOTTS ANN COMMUNITY LAND TRUST LIMITED
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
The CLT is formed for the benefit of the community in the parish of Abbotts Ann
Its express purpose is to further the social, economic and environmental interests of the community of Abbotts Ann including
- To provide and manage housing (including social housing) and to provide assistance to help house people and associated facilities, amenities and services
- To promote regeneration in the community by any means considered reasonable
The CLT must not trade for profit and any surpluses must only be applied to further the aims set out above
Nothing will be paid or transferred by way of profit to members of the CLT
